Hard anodized alumina is the process of hardening by natural oxidation. In this process, a film layer of 20-110 μm is formed. These values help to eradicate erroneous or improper measurement errors and recover parts. The hardness, which is the biggest disadvantage of hard anodized aluminum, is also removed by this hard film layer. Alloyed aluminum also penetrates into the 4/2 value material of the coating and the remaining 4/2 value forms on the surface. There may be a variation of ± 2-5 ± μm on the surface evenly distributed over the entire surface. A rigid anodizing coating is applied in the field of Aerospace, Defense and Military, Textile, Mineral / Petroleum Industry, Medical and Surgical, Printing Industry, Paper, Automotive, Food and Confectionery Industry.
